American Summer

Somehow the weeks since my last post have grown into months. Nothing dramatic has happened, thankfully. We were just in a flurry of activity leading up to our summer trip home, and then we were in the US for two months, and now we are back in Beijing where I have the time and space and the compulsion to do this.

Our summer was especially American this year.
