Our Holy Thursday had it all, like most every other Catholic Church in the world, from the delivery of the Holy Oil from the morning's Chrism Mass to the procession and adoration at the end. I still think there is something truly special about the Holy Week observances in China. As I am yet searching for what makes that so, here is a short video of our adoration after Mass. We were outside this year, kneeling in the courtyard. The neighborhood around the seminary is (currently) not developed, so in the evening it is fairly quiet and not well lit. It is the perfect setting for night-time Eucharistic adoration.
