Mother's Day in China, take 7
Yes, this was my seventh Mother's Day in China. Most of my Mother's Days have been celebrated here. It still strikes me as strange that something originally intended to be temporary has stretched this long.
This year, again, we received flowers after Mass. No Bishop this year, so Brigid was much less terrified helping me receive a blessing and flower from a much more familiar priest.

I'm late in extending these wishes, but I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day.

And actually, the flower I put in a half-consumed water bottle.
