Thank you, ladies. My parent's church is undergoing a massive renovation this summer, so we were in the basement, hence the non-traditional way of seating.

Brilliant! (Father's Day will never be the same again! And Midsummer so close - the Earth on the cusp of Heaven's radiating "eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" --Alexander Pope-- neat! The liturgical calendar celebrates the only male saint with two feasts, our Redeemer's forerunner, St. John the Baptist's nativity at this unique joyful time of year also, perhaps as a perpetual reminder that hope has the last word, not fear?) A decade of my daily Rosary will be offered today for Myles' intentions.
