World Cup Fever

Yes, it is time for the FIFA World Cup again.  Fortunately for us, unlike the last World Cup, we don't live above a street of bars that included a sports bar. We were aware of the end of every important game at 3 am local time.

Once again China did not qualify (possibly related to how they approach the sport's development in this country) but that doesn't mean Chinese fans won't still be cheering for their favorite team.  As I saw on this display at WalMart the other day, they will still be pulling for..........ARGENTINA!!!

Yes, Argentina. As Adam reported from the Olympic soccer matches, team Argentina still receives outstanding support from their many, many Chinese fans.   Even WalMart knows what colors to use to market the World Cup.
