When he grows up
So often his monologues begin with, "When I'm a grown up..." Myles then launches into concrete plans, like building weapons factories or making movies to add to the Night at the Museum or Ice Age franchises.
Sunday evening in the car Myles was contemplating his future prospects again. He started as usual, "When I'm a grown up," but then he began to branch off into divergent paths.
"There's just so much I want to do. I could dig for dinosaurs, or be an artist, or a movie director---I just don't know how I could do it all."
He fell into uncharacteristic silence, but only for a moment.
"Wait! I think I know how to combine some of these.... I can be a paleontologist.... AND.... paint pictures of dinosaurs!"

This then lead him to talking about names of dinosaurs he will one day discover and the themes of one-man shows he will have at the Carnegie Museum of his dinosaur art (my personal favorite is the installation of paintings of dinosaur footprints on the ceilings).
