What I'm really saying

I'll probably blog or tweet in the next few weeks how much I miss the fresh air, the clean, white snow, the dependable plumbing, the indoor heat (EVERYWHERE!), and clothes dryers, among other amazing things that are commonplace in American life.

But what I probably won't be blogging further about is the real pain, the ache in our hearts for what--whom, actually-- we really miss. So when I'm saying we miss things and stuff, we are really missing you, and you know who you are.

Yes, even you, not pictured here, because I ran out of room!

And We will miss all of you. I would be willing to give up some of my American comforts (well, maybe not reliable plumbing) to keep you here.
