Powerful witness for Life

I already tweeted this, but today's Post-Gazette carries a story about Kelly Frey, an early morning anchor on WTAE who is expecting her first child. She and her husband learned mid-way through her pregnancy that her son has a major brain formation defect, and they have decided to continue the pregnancy to term. In this day and age, in the US (as well as much of the world), this is such a startling story that it makes the news. The expectation, of course, is that no one would continue with the pregnancy under these circumstances. I hope as their story is spread they feel the support of countless strangers who are praying for them and their son, Bennett Ryan, that they may be prophets against a Culture of Death that wishes Bennett Ryan to be erased from memory and record.
