春季 Chun ji

One thing that I do like about our move to Beijing is that we one again live somewhere that has season changes that are familiar to us. Shenzhen is sub-tropical, and the season changes there aren't quite so dramatic. I was sometimes disoriented there, suprised sometimes that it was back-to-school time or Halloween, for instance.

Yes, that means we have to go back to really cold winters, but it also means we get to enjoy such pleasures as those occassional teasingly warm days in March and first buds of spring.
