Sometimes I wished I lived in Hong Kong
Well, really, you know I wish I lived in Pittsburgh, but if I have to live in Asia, I would love to live in Hong Kong.
Anytime of day, from any angle, the skyline is amazing. Here, late afternoon from Victoria Peak.
Turn another direction and a few hours later, sunset.
What a fantastic place to enjoy dinner.
Yeah, I guess I can get used to people thinking she's my sister.....as long as they realize I am the younger sister.
After we got my parents to the airport, we realized we had an entire day to burn in Hong Kong. So off to Deep Water and Repulse Bay Beaches, two lovely places on the southern side of Hong Kong Island connected by a paved walkway.
Why can't we live here? Oh yeah, something to do with money.
Watching the sailboats and swimmers, you can almost forget that you are near the largest container port in the world. Almost.
In the past two months we've spent some extended time in Hong Kong on two occassions, and wow, was it ever nice. I really could live there for a while, should we ever become millionaires.
