Myles did a catalog shoot this weekend. He did not get to wear these jeans, but I had to get a picture of the distressing. The weathered look is very popular on some of the kids' clothes here, but I have never seen this particular wear-pattern on new jeans, and especially on kids' jeans. I like to call it the Western Pennsylvania Wash. Maybe you have another name for it. But yes, these jeans were modeled by an eight-year-old boy.

Updated 11:37 am: I guess it isn't obvious to some people, but that round shape in the back pocket is the size and shape of a can of Skoal.

I have no idea how the clothing designer would have decided to copy this particular wear pattern on the jeans, except for they saw it on something American. My Name is Earl, maybe?
