Monday Night Football Dinner

Last night we ate what we would normally eat in America for Monday Night Football dinners, vegetarian tacos. Not the most complicated dinner to make (unless you count that I have to go to three different grocery stores to get the ingredients, one of which is in Hong Kong), but so, so satisfying.

Of course, with the time difference, we ate this more than 12 hours before kick-off, I was well over the heartburn by the time the Steelers took the field.

Go Steelers!

Vegetarian? Bleh.

Ask my sisters. They love it!
Even with the substitution of ground meatless for ground round, these are tasty. All the flavor comes from the spice packet anyway.

oh yes, it's actually VERY good! sometimes i actually prefer the vegetarian versions of some dishes. they just taste cleaner.

in fact, those tacos were what i was craving the other night during the game. i had to settle for pretzel sticks instead. not the same.
