Premature greetings from.....
Chicago!
We arrived in Chicago from our 8 am flight to read something really confusing (to us) about our flight to Hong Kong. Originally scheduled to depart around noon today, the time posted was 8:00 am. What? Did we miss our flight somehow? Oh, 8 am tomorrow. Apparently the weather is so bad no plane can leave or land out of Hong Kong (or Singapore much further south).
Fortunately, United has put us up in a hotel, and gave us vouchers for meals. We didn't expect that, because you know, U.S. airlines are so well known for accomodating stranded travelers.
So, let's try this again. Back at you when we get to China. Sometime.
