You know what is nice?
When encouraging a certain almost-four-year-old to keep up his prayers, I can say, "You know, Ben Roethlisberger prays every day," just like mothers everywhere are telling their kids that their big sports hero eats all his spinach, carrots, chicken, or whatever.
"He does?" asks Myles. He thinks a moment and then asks, "What about Troy Polamalu?"
"Oh, he most certainly does, too. And he reads his Bible all the time."
Fortunately, he hasn't gone much further on the roster. I wouldn't want to lie.

I wish there was a way to get better coverage after games when large groups of players from both teams gather in an end zone for prayer. I thought I heard the players referred to as the Association of Christian Athletes...something like that. How would *that* come across to an almost-4-year-old?
