We've been here too long

Yesterday Myles was offered a sample slice of a tunafish sandwich they serve at Starbucks here. Even though he has had tuna, real tuna, in the Outer Banks (and inhaled it), he asked me what this tunafish thing was. I assured him it was, indeed, fish.
"Yeah. If this is fish, where's the head?" he challenged me suspiciously.

(In case you don't know, fish here is usually served whole, with face and fins. Sometimes carved up in between, but just about always with its head also on the plate)

I just talked to my boss and her boss who came back from Suzhou a few days ago. Apparently having their food check them out while they prepared to eat it was a bit unnerving. They said they ate vegetarian as often as possible while they were there.
