1) My mother is apparently too busy on the back of a motorcycle to be baited.
2) I wish I had the answer to this question today. I thought I would, but people at that church that I thought might know for sure I wasn't able to track down after Mass on Sunday. I noticed that some other words had been painted over, and the chapter and verse information has worn away, but it says it is from St. Matthew.

OK, so I missed the Matthew reference. Maybe Mt 18:5? "And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me."
