Ugh
Immigration is not fun. I understand the process, but......
Our long-term Visas will not be ready until May 10, partially because there is a big, gigantic holiday starting next week (May Labour Day). Of course, Myles' and my visas expire.....Monday. So today, Friday, we have to make a poorly planned trip to Hong Kong to the Visa agency to get new visas TODAY, and if we don't get them TODAY.....
Just so you don't worry (mom, dad, etc), if we were to get stuck in Hong Kong, even for one day, it wouldn't be a legal problem. We can stay in Hong Kong up to 90 days if we had to. It is just a spend lots more money than planned problem.
