If you can read this sign I must be talking to you

Brazilian barbecues are oddly popular here. In Shenzhen there is a chain of them called "Amazon." For one price it is all you can eat, with meats served on swords being the main attraction.
In addition to the franchised barbecue, there is an independent one near our apartment called Gaucho's. We hadn't noticed this sign until this weekend, when the Chinese wife of one of Randy's friends pointed it out.

In English it says what one might expect at an all-you-can-eat establishment. However, in Chinese it says, "Don't waste food."

Is that a camel hoof? What happened to the rest of it?

All you can eat? Well, maybe not...

No, I think it is actually pig, and then again, that all you can eat thing might have been taken too far....
