How the Catholics do it

Apparently, during Chinese New Year holiday, the Chinese Catholic Church in Nantou celebrated with a parish dinner. Instead of the usual calls of "Gan Bei" (literally dry glass) during rounds of drinks, they toasted with "Alleluia!"
I wish I could have seen that.
