Fun with English
The toy stores here are full of fake merchandise from the movie Cars. As this is the number one favorite movie in our house, it has been very difficult not to give in and buy every fake Mater and Lightning out there. I did at last give in. The stickers are of course most entertaining. I am still trying to figure out what Lightning is tryting to TRANSCEND.

And then there is this sign that I see all over the city in and around the parks.

This one I saw also in a Shenzhen park, the Mangrove Bird Reserve. The English itself isn't the normal mangled translation. But for some reason, I can't believe I live somewhere where prostitution, whoring, AND superstition are all A)On a par with one another and B) need to be spelled-out prohibited.

Does anyone know how I might be found guilty of feudalism?

Does that mean you are supposed to wash your hands after you sneak around a tree to relieve yourself? (which is not expressly forbidden)
English signs in Asian countries are so much fun. When I was in Japan I got to keeping a notebook with me wherever I went and wrote them down in it.
