Even if the monstrous procedure of killing healthy, deliverd babies does not come to the US, the insatiable desire for medical cures (or immortality) combined with with vast wealth, will result in babies elsewhere being killed so their stem cells (or products derived therefrom) can be purchased by Americans, just like the current global markets for fresh harvested organs to supply those needing transplants from wealthy nations.
