"Repatriation of Mortal Remains"
Yesterday we visited the local SOS Medical Clinic to see what we need to do to join it. It is a Western-style medical clinic that is membership only and will treat us in a manner similar to what we would get in the States.
As the woman went over the literature and forms with me there was one of the provided services that she pointed out several times that it sounded to me as a bonus feature. "Repatriation of Mortal Remains."
I know that can be a problem, getting your loved one's body out of a foreign country. Heck, my great-aunt had a bit of hassle getting her husband's remains transported from their vacation spot where he died to their home in time for his funeral, and this was all in the States. But to see it expressed so plainly, just like that. "Repatriation of Mortal Reamins."
What a thing to consider, and how did they know that I have been worried about this before?
