Random advice
After reading this Godsbody post, I am reminded of a bit of advice some of your soon-to-be-new parents need to know. If there is a Children's Hospital in your city, do not bother to go to the closest emergency room if you need one. You will probably end up waiting hours at the first hospital before your child even gets examined, only to be sent to the Children's Hospital.
I learned this the hard way when Myles had pneumonia last winter. It appears that city hospitals close to a Children's Hospital tend not to have any pediatricians on staff. tHey'll be more than happy to examine your child and run them through tests and X-rays before they tell you they have no clue what to do with children. The resident who examined Myles even told me that she wasn't very good at pediatrics.
That should be the lesson here. Not that you should never vacuum.
