Well, that's not quite how it works
Today Crispian pondered what life would be like if he and Myles were homeschooled. This word has entered his vocabulary, and the concept his world, because a family of homeschoolers have moved in across the street (yes, I've been spying on them, too. They drive a mini-van. Their kids like sports and Star Wars. They...seem...so...normal!).
Now this concept has captured his imagination. EXCEPT, first he said he would be the principal. And then the curriculum would be television all morning, then lunch and recess for an hour, then television for the rest of the day.
Yeah, I'm thinking that might not be how it works.
