Congrats RheaDogg!
If you didn't see in the comments friend and devoted reader (only because she is an admitted blog-addict), RheaDogg and her husband Aaronius J. MacGillicuddy are expecting their first baby next year. Rock and roll!
A few years ago, RheaDogg stayed at our house in Elizabethtown for a few weeks after her husband already moved down to NashVegas and she was still working with me. I was already pregnant with Myles and starting to round, so to speak. Normally she was very supportive of my crazy ideas to keep people from staring at my stomach while it wasn't that noticeable ("You're right, Jennifer. Your shirt is cut low enough that I don't notice your stomach because I can't help looking beyond your chest." Or "Absolutely. You don't look pregnant in Sex in the City heels."). However, one night while she and I were watching movies when she was staying with us, I caught her staring--yup staring--at my stomach. I called her on it.
"Are you staring at my stomach?" I asked her.
"Of course," she laughed. "It's so cute."
Yeah, cute. I felt cute that is for sure.
So maybe I need to take a roadtrip to Ft. Worth. You know about paybacks. I'll bet you're looking (and especially feeling) really cute.
I am so happy for you guys. It is an unbelievable life. Trust me.
