Did I miss something?

At the parish I attended Mass this morning, my in-laws' church near Clarion, we recited the Apostle's Creed this morning. Apparently this has been going on for some weeks or months. One of Randy's aunts that lives about 30 minutes away happened to be there, too, and after Mass she commented that at her church they've been doing that, too.
Is this happening other places, too?

Hmm, I haven't heard of that being done around here anywhere. I'm pretty sure that's only an allowable option when it's a Mass that includes primarily children. I saw a priest substitute the Apostles Creed for the Nicene Creed at a weekday Mass for our parish grade school once, but that's the only time I've ever run into it.

Oh, I know its allowed for Masses for children. But these were regular Sunday Masses.
