That's okay....I don't wear my size!
I wish that were my answer, like Edina on Ab Fab, when the snooty skeleton working at Christian Lacriox told her that they didn't carry her size.
Again, this was something I had some warning about. At Christmas Randy brought home for his two daughters beautiful silk pajamas. I poked him, asking if he got me a set. He tried to break it to me gently, that the girls were wearing the largest size the pjs came in. Not exactly what you want to hear when you know your 24-year-old stepdaughter wears a size 6. Especially not what you want to hear when you know her 18-year-old sister wears a size 0.
So I had no illusions that I would be buying lots of new cheap clothes when I got here (which, by the way, was my excuse for hitting J.Jill big time before I left). However, when Myles and I were at the mall and I saw Columbia and Nike and Himalaya sports, I thought I might find a pair of sandals. I forgot my favorite Tevas at home. I need a good pair of hike around comfortably and don't mind the rain sandals. And besides, despite all other size issues anyone has, shoes can be the great equalizer.
THE LARGEST SIZE IN WOMEN'S SHOES MOST OF THESE STORES CARRY IS AN 8.
