That in the midst of the television program celebrating Labor Day, there were a few commercial breaks, mostly for shampoo that promised shiny, silky, bouncy hair.
No, not that I understood the Chinese. But being a girl and a seasoned consumer, I pretty much understood the international signs and symbols for shiny, silky, bouncy hair.
And yes, these days, even communism needs corporate sponsorship.
