seriously though-- it mystifies me how I can be petrified to step foot on a plane and yet he'll be a world traveller before he's in kindergarten!
I am also still terrified to fly. When I had to do it for a living, I was usually into my second or third drink before takeoff. If I were sober, I was silently praying the rosary until 10,000 feet.
