Story about China and the Bible

From what I am getting from Randy and his expereinces in China, Zhou's point about the possibility the guy arrested for printing Bibles was probably arrested for printing an unauthorized Bible because the Bible in general is a bestseller in China sounds plausible. One thing Randy and his band of ex-pats noted recently was that the Chinese government is ALWAYS consistent. There are few surprises (probably not at the very local level, but even in the US local politics and civic life is amateurish and corrupt).
I hope Randy reads this and responds with anything he might see or read regarding this issue.
