Some Chinese-related news I've been watching

It is a messy situation, with the Chinese government installing their own bishops and priests (some of whom covertly are actually in communion with Rome), arresting "renegades" who are open about their allegiance to the Church in Rome--just a big mess. I am hoping that Zhou, a sporadically frequent commenter at Open Book, reappears and helps explain this, because if Amy Welborn, paid Church expert is confused, I don't feel so bad about not understanding it so much myself.
