Maybe it is just a big misunderstanding

and does not really warrant criminal charges.
This was in the Police Report today in my little hometown newspaper.

Kane-based State Police report an act of harassment between the hours of 10 a.m.
on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005 and 3:16 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, 2005 at address omitted by ambrose, Hamilton Twp., McKean County. A known female is accused of repeatedly calling person's name omitted by ambrose, 68, of Ludlow at extremely inconvenient hours (emphasis by ambrose). Criminal charges are pending.

I mean, for those of you who no-fail call me when I am in the shower or on my way out the door to church, please be assured I will not pursue criminal charges against you. I will just yell at you myself.
