But I wonder how this is working...
Hmmmm...couple of men in prison garb, in fact from one of the Penal Farms Mississippi is so well known for, approaching people in their cars, asking them if they need ice or water.......even a big bleeding heart type like me might be a little nervous if I were in that car.
