Cherd Dreams
So, Cherd that I am (follow this and links within it if you need to know further the etymology of Cherd, but basically Cheese Nerd), this story that was on NPR the other night made me salivate with jealousy. Basically they had subjects eat certain types of British
First of all, there is a British Cheese Board that is interested in this sort of extremely practical research. I looked at the American Cheese Society's research page and it was blank. Huh. But they do have a cool poster for their conference this year that was held in Louisville:
The second reason I am jealous is that there was some way for people to be contacted to participate in this type of research and volunteer. Heck, I'll eat cheese before bedtime and tell you what I dream every night for the next year. Wanna know what a great lager fondue does to me? Please, pick me pick me!
