Building in my neighborhood
I really don't understand it....
It's not like it is near a college campus or anything, so it isn't a fraternity house. It is apparently a fountain of some sort that clearly hasn't worked in a while. In fact, you can't see it in this picture because I just took it with my phone, but from Dionysius' mouth there runs down his beard a trail of Rust, like someone let it drip too long. It has the odd effect of looking like he is drooling tobacco juice......
