A real artblogger discovers the Michener in Doylestown

As I mentioned earlier this week, I am a fan of the small city museums. JMG recently visited the Michener in Doylestown, and was pleasantly surprised. If you are in the Bucks County area, it is worth checking out. I really regret not spending time there in the 5 years I loved in Bucks County. I mean, I had all the time in the world to get on a train once a month (at least!) to head up to New York to do galleries, or PS1 beach parties, or studio visits, or sit around drinking Lillet and crank call Lezley Saar (hehe), but I couldn't manage even one afternoon in all those 5 years to make the 20 minute drive over to Doylestown to spend even an hour in the museum.
