Myles and I have a playdate Friday with Alyssa and Xavier in Greensburg. As I've posted before, our playdates involve going to my friend's house and letting their child beat up on my son, all in the name of good manners.
We usually try to bring a little gift for Xavier, as a good will gesture and try to mitigate some of his ummm enthusiasm for playing with Myles. We've brought a Holgate toy before, you know, a wooden educational toy.
But I am thinking that Alyssa has been living in an Adagio bubble long enough. It is time for Xavier to be initiated into the world of MONSTER TRUCKS. I think we will have to get him his own little Grave Digger or Dragon Slayer. Is there a small version of the Kevin Harvick tribute truck, I wonder?
