I hope to get a post together on Crispian's thoughts on the International, as well as his impressions of seeing up close and personal his first Vincent Van Gogh paintings. I will try to interview him and post that.

The Dinosaurs at Carnegie Natural History Museum are a Pittsburgh classic. I hope Rick Sebak has footage for a future Things that Aren't Here Anymore. The exhibit as you will read in the article is extremely dated. Some of the skeletal reconstructions do not reflect current paleontology theories, and they could use a little sprucing up in their display. I was joking with the Lachenmans last weekend that maybe the displays should be kept and put into a museum of their own, a museum for how museums looked in the 1950s. That is exactly what a lot of the Natural History Museum feels like, you are stepping back into the 1950s.
