The Turnpike Bowl?

Seems some people can't help but jump the gun, like Dan Marino during half-time calling the game for Indy. He was right, but still if you were a Denver fan you would like to hold out hope, unreasonable though it may be.
Anyway, this is a fun kinda bloggy thing with some back and forth on what is happening to set up a Turnpike Bowl (remember the Subway Series?). When they describe it as such, it sounds so crummy, though.

I love that people think that philadelphia might actually win an NFC championship game. this year's loss will be more painful than the previous three. -sp

one of my customers in state college was telling me that some rich guy there was trying to convince the nfl to have the super bowl in beaver stadium (penn state, for you out-of-towners, it holds over 100,000 people) when the stillers and IF the eagles were going to be in it. the turnpike bowl could meet in the middle. i don't know about you, but it just sounds stupid.

Aren't Super Bowls by rule only held in climates where the cheerleaders can wear their skimpiest?
