Updates from Grandma Ambrose, World Explorer

I'm trying to get these caught up from Thanksgiving to today. Since my last post she has been in India and is now on her way to the Seychelles.

27 November

Had great day a la Italian, but still turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, 

cranberry curry (!), pumpkin pie, etc.  Really good!



We are presently off the coasst of Sri Lanka, heading for India.  Land at 

Cochin tomorrow, 28th and then onto Mumbai (Bombay).  After that we head 

south to Africa.



2 December



Hi All,

Today is our 2nd day at sea - 2 more to go before we hit land again.

Day before yesterday, we spent in Bombay (Mumbai).  What a great old city.

Not so many new skyscrapers one sees in most cities...just old Colonial

buildings.  And PEOPLE! so many people.  Millions and millions of them all

over.  I think it is the most populated city in the world.  We took lots of

pics.

We are presently in the Arabian Sea heading for the Indian Ocean (don't

know where the line is separating them) and arriving in Africa in a few

days. (Look at schedule)

All is going very well!!! Lots of sun and fresh air and of course, Mass

every day.

PS  We are being very careful of our eating habits.  Not tooo much at a
